Taylor
Taylor joined our team in February 2025. With a strong background in banking, she was eager to shift her career focus and embrace the dental field. Since making the transition, Taylor has found her role deeply rewarding and takes pride in providing a welcoming, stress-free experience for every patient. She loves making patients feel comfortable and supported—whether she’s explaining treatments, finding appointment times that work best, or answering questions with kindness and understanding. She is dedicated to helping patients understand their dental insurance plans and works diligently to ensure they receive the maximum benefits available.
Outside the office, Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their golden retriever. Some of her favorite moments are spent exploring the outdoors of Maine, enjoying concerts, and visiting the scenic coasts of New England.
Vicki
Vicki graduated from the University of Vermont in 1973 and has been a valued member of Oxford Hills Dental since January 1980. Over her more than five decades in dental hygiene, Vicki has remained passionate about patient care and committed to professional growth. The practice’s focus on staying current and encouraging continuing education has helped her maintain her enthusiasm for the field throughout her long and rewarding career.
Vicki’s top priority has always been providing patients with compassionate, respectful, and professional care. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family—especially her children, grandchildren, and “grand dogs.” On weekends, you can often find her baking or creating handmade cards.
Kaycie
Kaycie joined Oxford Hills Dental in May 2025 after spending eight years in the orthodontic field. She enjoys working chairside with Dr. Convey and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their visits. Providing a positive, stress-free dental experience is one of her top priorities.
Outside the office, Kaycie loves spending time with her husband and their four children. Her family enjoys camping, spending time outdoors, and hitting the slopes for snowboarding and skiing adventures.
Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of New England in 2021. She holds certifications in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and public health. During her time at UNE, she received the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award for Excellence in Clinical Performance.
Known for her personable approach, Kaitlyn strives to make every patient feel cared for, comfortable and safe while providing the highest quality care. She has a special place in her heart for working with children and also provides school-based hygiene services in many districts in the state. In her spare time, she enjoys baking sourdough bread, exploring trails, and spending time with her family.
Michelle
Michelle, RDH is a proud Maine native and a 2005 Cum Laude graduate of BCC in Massachusetts, where she earned her degree in Science and Dental Hygiene. She successfully completed the National Board Exam at UMass Amherst and further expanded her education at MCPHS–Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene in Boston. During her training, Michelle completed externships at Catholic Memorial Home, Tufts Dental Facility, and the Boston Veterans Administration Hospital, where she gained valuable experience providing care for individuals with special needs.
Committed to professional growth, Michelle continues to broaden her expertise through affiliations with organizations such as Yankee Dental Congress and the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA). Over the past 20 years, she has worked in a variety of dental settings across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Maine, and she values the personalized approach that private practice provides.
Michelle is passionate about building strong connections with her patients and delivering individualized, high-quality care that supports both oral and overall health. Outside the office, she enjoys volunteering within the Oxford Hills community, spending time with family, friends, and her pets. She loves to explore Maine’s natural beauty—from forests to coastlines. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, live music, comedy, and traveling. Above all, Michelle is beyond proud to be a mom, and is actively involved in her daughter’s academic, athletic, and personal pursuits.
Tianna
With a welcoming smile and a heart for helping others, Tianna is here to make every visit to Oxford Hills Dental a positive experience from start to finish.
As our Patient Care Specialist, she ensures that each patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for—whether it’s scheduling an appointment, explaining treatment options, or simply answering a quick question over the phone.
Tianna loves getting to know our patients and takes pride in creating a friendly, stress-free environment where everyone feels at ease. With more than seven years of experience in customer service, she understands how important trust and communication are when it comes to your smile.
Outside the office, you’ll often find Tianna enjoying Maine’s great outdoors, spending time with loved ones, and photographing anything and everything that catches her eye.
